This publication comes from our friends at the L.A Native American Indian Commission. The commission is a working group of city and county leaders in the Los Angeles area. They provide culturally sensitive services to indigenous and other under-served people. In this time of uncertainty, feelings of fear, anxiety, loneliness or depression can make us feel many emotions. This workbook is designed to give you tools to recognize some of the emotions, feelings, and situations where you can use the information to keep your spirits up! I would like to point out that some information may relate to the LA area, use what you can determine useful and apply it to your unique situation. The workbook is intended only as a useful tool and information. It does not replace therapy or does not imply a therapeutic relationship with Tres Rios Wellness or the LA Native American Indian Commission.
