Excellence in Care
It can be difficult to find a qualified mental health provider who respects your personal experiences, appreciates the balance you are searching for, earns your trust, honors your privacy, and puts you in the forefront of mental health care treatment.
Tres Rios Wellness strives to provide you with high quality behavioral health services using evidence and empirical based practices. We effectively and efficiently apply an integrated treatment approach that will encourage your personal growth.
Coordinated Approach to Mental and Physical Health Care
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in your journey of wellness is always welcomed. The process of change requires knowledgeable guidance and consideration of varied health treatments that support your mental and physical health needs.
We will work with qualified Medical and Psychiatric providers to evaluate clients for prescription medications in such cases as severe depression.

It is your responsibility to check with your carrier about these insurance benefits using the customer service number located in the back of your insurance card.
Tres Rios Wellness welcomes customers using Cash, Credit/Debit or HSA Cards!
Out of pocket payment for our services helps eliminate administrative costs and reduce other costs/time by not having to file or follow up on claims with insurance companies. Doesn’t it make sense to pay cash for high quality personalized behavioral health services and get the appointment that fits your schedule? We support your choice of professional mental health services private, available and driven by your needs!
Benefits of paying out of pocket
Privacy: You remain in control of your privacy. When you receive services through an insurance company, they have access to your records. Which means they know about your mental healthcare. If you value your privacy, then paying cash for services could be a great option for you!
Availability: Your appointment is flexible and prioritized! By paying cash, the Therapist is allowed more time to serve you! Instead of being on the phone with an insurance company or preparing claims, your Therapist can use this time to see you. There is no backlog and you can be seen even the same day, after hours, or on a weekend.
Alternative Treatment Modalities: You have access to Online or Phone support. Many insurance companies do not allow or have limits on how you can be served. There are forms that need to be filled out and more information is out of your hands. By paying cash, you are in control because you have a choice!
Co-pay v. benefit: Take a moment to think about co-pays. If you pay $20.00 to $50.00 for co-pays, wouldn’t it make sense to pay $85.00 yourself and get to see your Therapist on a schedule that fits your life?
Please note, paying cash does not count towards your deductibles. However, you can submit a paid receipt to your insurance carrier and you could be reimbursed for a portion, or the whole sum, of the costs you paid out of pocket.
However, please note that paying for services should never be a barrier to getting the help you need. We will work with you to find resources you need. You are encouraged to explain your circumstances so we can find solutions together. We offer a FREE phone consultation by simply calling (505) 635-2030.
